Dr Julije Domac - Managing Director

B.Sc., M.Sc and Ph. D. recieved at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb.From 1997 to 2007 employed at the Energy Institute Hrvoje Pozar as Deputy Head of Department for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency. Julije worked as the national biomass programme – BIOEN coordinator in Croatia, project director and technical editor for FAO, Task Manager for the International Energy Agency (IEA), national project leader for UNIDO, lead expert for the World Bank. Since 2005 expert evaluator for the European Commission – 6^th and 7 ^th Framework and Intelligent Energy Europe Programme. Awards - Croatian State Award for Science (Category: Technical Sciences/Young Scientists), Biomass Junior Award 2004 (in occasion of 2^nd World Conference and Technology Exhibition on Biomass for Energy, Industry and Climate Protection), Hrvoje Pozar Annual Award (Croatian Energy Association).
