Vesna Kolega – Expert Adviser
Obtained B. Sc. and M. Sc. degrees from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb in 1991 and 1998 respectively. Before joining North-west Croatia Energy Agency she used to work in Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar from its establishment in 1994. Her main scope of work comprises the area of energy efficiency - Energy efficiency measures and projects implementation; Energy audits; Energy efficient appliances; Market surveys; Public Awareness Campaigns; Education Programmes, Transposition of EU EE and RES directives; etc. She has worked as project coordinator for numerous national and international projects (GEF, UNDP, World bank, etc). In 2003 attended specialized training program on Energy Efficiency and Conservation by the Energy Conservation Center Japan in Tokyo. Vesna is a member of Croatian negotiating team for EU access - Chapter 15: Energy and environment.
