Project description
The Sustainable Building - our Future project is funded by Holcim group. The main objective of the project is education of the children, teachers and parents about significance and advantages of sustainable building and energy efficiency; systematic inclusion of teachers and parents into public awareness regarding sustainable development. The activities on project are the following: Informative lecture for teachers; Preparation of info brochure about sustainable building for pupils; Educational lecture (2 school hours) for pupils of secondary schools in Jastrebarsko, Karlovac and Zabok; Study tour for pupils and teachers; Interschool championship (quiz) about sustainable building and energy efficiency; Questionnaire for parents with info brochure; Celebration with awards for the best pupils and school; Promotional media campaign.
